170 Health Problems Caused By Something You Eat EVERY Day

In the article below, we’re going dive deep into the inner walls of one of the most critically important organs of your body—your gut.
Unfortunately, many people think of the gut solely as the mechanism by which the body digests food, which is at best an extreme oversimplification, and at worst an ideology massively contributing to the health problems, weight loss struggles, and auto-immune disorders of millions world-wide.
In reality, your GI tract is MUCH more than a digestion center; in fact, it is quite literally your second brain as well as being “home” to 80% of your immune system.
You see, within your gut reside roughly 100 TRILLION living bacteria…
bacteriaThat’s more than 10 times the number of cells you have in your entire body—and maintaining the ideal ratio of “good bacteria” (known as probiotics) to “bad bacteria” is now gaining recognition as perhaps the single most important step you can take to protect your health and further along your fat loss goals.
In fact, there are more than 200 studies linking inadequate probiotic levels to more than 170 different negative health issues, including obesity and weight gain.
To touch briefly on the weight gain and obesity consequences, virtually every study performed on the obese population analyzing gut bacteria found higher instances of “bad” bacteria and lower levels of probiotics (again, the “good” bacteria) within these individuals.
Perhaps you yourself are already experiencing some of the more advanced signs that your intestinal bacterial balance is beginning to spin out of control, such as:
  • Gas and bloating
  • Constipation and/or diarrhea
  • Acid reflux
  • Skin problems
  • Overall sickness
  • Headaches
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Trouble sleeping
  • An inability to lose weight
  • Sugar cravings, especially for heavily refined carbs
You see, the ideal healthy ratio of “good” to “bad” bacteria is 85% to 15%, or 9 to 1.
Unfortunately, due to lifestyle and environmental factors, the vast majority of the population is severely lacking when it comes to good probiotic bacteria, throwing their gut flora ratio completely out of whack.
And if that wasn’t bad enough, believe it or not, the “bad” health-destroying bacteria further feeds and multiplies on something you probably eat EVERY single day (as shown on the next page).
But here’s the good news:  You can correct this imbalance, and rather easily when you know exactly what to do.

We’re going to unveil to you 4 somewhat odd, but extremely effective strategies you can begin using today that will ultimately end your struggle with unhealthy gut bacteria once and for all and finally allow you to get your life back, realize your full potential, and experience the excitement of living a life full of vibrance and vitality once again.

Have a healthy work space

If you’re among those who spend more time at their workplace than at home, this should interest you. Experts say if you constantly feel anxious, disorganized and lethargic in the office, it could adversely affect your performance. Here are a few effective ways to ensure that you have a healthier work day.

TIDY UP YOUR DESK Whether you realize it or not, if you surround yourself with clutter, chances are that you will be far more unproductive. Put aside 20 minutes every week and make sure that you clear your desk regularly. This way, you won’t be stressed that you can’t find an important document in the mess and can work in a clutter-free zone.

ADOPT A PLANT Did you know that some plants have the ability to absorb pollutants that are emitted from carpets and paint? Check with your florist for these. Alternatively, you could also keep a small indoor plant to brighten your work space.

TAKE A BREATHER You may think that working non-stop may help you accomplish a lot, but remember, your brain needs a break from time to time. If you constantly sit in front of the computer, make it a habit to get up at least once every hour to stretch. This will prevent joint pain, muscular tension and eye strain. A break will also boost your productivity and you’ll be able to concentrate better.

SIT CORRECTLY Make sure your computer is placed at a proper angle and that your posture is correct. Your chair should
neither be too high nor too low and both your feet should be flat on the floor. Also sit with your shoulders relaxed.

It is important to maintain a correct posture while working

YOGA & HIV-AIDS

AKOS shares an important article 'YOGA & HIV-AIDS'

It takes a great deal of courage to face a disease that seems to have no cure as yet. Many people with HIV experience intense feelings of fear, hopelessness, anxiety, loneliness, and depression. Yoga cannot take the place of professional counseling in dealing with severe distress, but Yoga techniques can do much to help you reduce excessive fear and anxiety, learn stress-coping skills, and build inner strength through the relaxation and self-awareness training of meditation. Yoga makes the most of the physical capabilities that you have.

Yoga consists of three parts: exercise, breathing, and meditation. Yoga exercises are simple movements that stretch and strengthen the nervous system and the major muscle groups, improve circulation so that the brain and all vital organs receive fresh blood and nutrients, and press on glands and organs to stimulate the hormonal system. A regular daily program of even a few Yoga exercises will increase your energy levels and feelings of well-being.

Breathing exercises are your best tool for learning to cope with stress and anxiety. By concentrating simply on the sound of the breath, you build concentration, willpower, and the ability to reduce the harmful effects of a stress reaction. Breathing techniques also strengthen all the respiratory muscles and improve vital capacity.

Relaxation training teaches you to be more aware of your body so that you can release muscle tension before it causes pain and stiffness. A complete relaxation always precedes meditation, which is simply a technique of trying to stop thinking for a few minutes at a time. This gives tremendous strength; it teaches you to rely on the experience of the present moment, free from the anxieties of past or future; and it helps to relieve loneliness. Regular practice of meditation can help you to realize that there is a part of you that never becomes ill or dies, and that can be a constant source of personal power and strength for daily living. Yoga gives you a deeper connection to your real self - not just the physical body which is always transient and fragile.
